If you have had thoughts of visiting Phil, I can give you some idea of what to expect. Of what the tour guides and companies don't tell you. I have been to Cebu a few times now and can tell you how it really is. From not fitting into the back seats of the taxi's (I am 6ft 4in tall) to picking restaurants based on how cold the AC is, to living with the stares of everyone at the mall (my wife is 4ft 10in with her shoes on).
